Our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) is Rachel Mayes.
This page provides information about how we work with children (and their families) who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
The aged 0-25 years SEND Code of Practice (2015) identifies ‘four broad areas of (special educational) need and support’:
- Communication and interaction;
- Cognition and learning;
- Social, emotional and mental health;
- Sensory and/or physical needs.
